Very nice yarn fiber and works fine for both delicate knitting and crochet type projects. However a bit more expensive compared to the competition.

This is a 2 pack of yarn balls. I selected the lavender color. This is an equal parts cotton and lyocell blend. This yarn is DK/light worsted weight and about 100g per ball of yarn.The yarn feels very soft and they recommend using a 4mm needle. This yarn was soft and silky to work with but i did have some trouble with the yarn splitting while i was trying to crochet. It is a smaller size yarn than i am using to work with however so it may have just been my lack of experience working with thinner yarns.I would buy this for a project needing this size yarn. The color of the lavender was very nice. I may buy several colors to knit or crochet a project where i work with multiple strands together. I am not sure that my phone camera does the color justice.

The label is easy to read and the ribbon tie is quite nice. The label features care instructions, gauge, where it is made, length, type of material, name, and weight.The yarn is vibrant in color. The feel is soft and smooth and glides with ease on my hook and needles. It has a bit of stretch to it compared to just 100% cotton.It doesn't lend to shedding which is great. It isn't difficult to work with but know I am not a beginner knitter or crocheter. I found no knots or ties throughout the skeins which I'm quite happy with.I plan on making Summer wearables with the yarn as the drape and feel is nice.Recommended.

The balls are 215 m/235 yds per 100g and can be machine washed but I'm not sure about machine dried. I have to brush up on my international symbols.You can see all the individual strands in the yarn and it is kind of loosely twisted so I was a little worried about it being splitty but it was very nice to work with. The suggested needle size is US 6/4 mm but I like the coverage I got on the US 4 needles that I tried.I like the natural looking colors this yarn comes in and am going to make something summery with this.

This yarn is a blend of cotton and lyocell. Lyocell is like rayon, but made by a process that does not use carbon disulfide, which may be unsafe for human workers. That makes it a bit more expensive, but worth it if you are concerned about this sort of issue. Lyocell, Google tells me, is usually made from eucalyptus.The yarn has a firm twist, a very soft and drapey hand, and a refined look. It knitted up at 5 stitches to the inch for me -- normal worsted weight. I could knit it on smaller needles, but I think this gauge is perfect for a summer top or even a lacy shawl. This will also make luxurious baby clothes -- it's available in a bunch of charming pastel colors.It's also available in several shades of gray, which will be nice for subtle colorwork.I expect to make multiple projects with this lovely yarn. I'm going to add it to my list of regular yarn purchases. It's beautifully packaged, too, so it will make a nice gift for your favorite needleworker.
