Quality vegetable oil
Vegetable oil that worked well, didn't notice anything off or odd about it. I use this when I need to fry something and my normal spray oil won't be enough.

Adorable little bottle
The size is so convenient for travel (like a quick BBQ on the beach). As far as vegetable oil goes, it seems like vegetable oil. Donno how much of a difference there ever is.

Supplies the fat your body needs for fuel. I don't recommend drinking it, but you can cook with it or mix with other ingredients to make palatable foods..
