I just wanted to come back and leave a note about the taste of these gummies. After reading so many reviews complaining about the taste, I almost didn't get them. There is a slight "fishy" taste at first, kind of like an Omega 3 supplement. I find that if I hold my breath (or basically don't inhale as I put it in my mouth) it's not that noticeable, and the taste of the gummy itself is actually pretty yummy. I only take one a day because so many people also complained about gassiness. I haven't had that problem and I think it has lessened the amount of mild digestive issues I was having. The dose on the bottle is two a day but it does say to reduce that amount if you experience excessive gassiness, which makes sense, doesn't it?

This is the only probiotic I use. Helps as it should. Would reccommend.

these really helped my stomach while on a strong round of antibiotics. kind of pricey and a bit of a weird powdery texture and aftertaste. would rather do capsules than gummies next time.
