Exact replacement for failed cleaning system station that came with my series 9 braun razor
I own a Braun Series 9 (Type 5793) razor that came with a cleaning system station. After about 3 years the pump that moves cleaning liquid failed, so I started looking for a replacement. I finally found this one and decided to order it, hoping that the information provided on compatibility was accurate. Well I'm happy to say it is an exact match for my original cleaning station and works perfectly. As the description says, this is ONLY the cleaning station, it does NOT include a power supply (which I had) nor does it include a cleaning system cartridge (which I also had).

Does not work
I used to have one of these and it was really nice until it quit working. I ordered this new one and it doesn’t cycle the cleaning fluid, pump doesn’t even turn on. The razor will charge with it, so I know it is somewhat working. Haven’t researched sending it back yet. There was no return label or any other paperwork with it.

Exactly what I ordered
I did not read the instructions for cleaning my original cleaning system station, and ruined the electronics. I ordered this replacement for my Series 9 razor, and it was exactly what I ordered. I added the solution, plugged it in, and pushed the button to clean my razor. Works great! It arrived in 6 days from Tokyo, which is faster than I expected.

Iit does not run without ttphe necessary charger cord.
The buyer should be told precisely what charger cord is needed for it to be used.

Expensive for what it is, but a perfect replacement
My 93xx shaver died and was replaced with a 94xx standalone. Unexpectedly the new shaver didn't work with my existing cleaning station, so I purchased this as a compatible replacement and it works perfectly. Item is genuine/original, and comes simply packaged as a “service part”.

Doesn’t come with a power cord
The item is well packaged but does not come with a power cord and this isn’t stated in the description. I already had a power cord from my previous model but this would be hugely disappointing if I didn’t already have one.
