The best adult diapers ever. I started to care for a man in his home and had to find these. I've used them at a facility before, they are worth every penny! for those that find their client leak up their backs, tip- fold the top im the back inward maybe an inch that will help keep everything in, even when asleep ❤

These were a huge disappointment. Though quite comfortable and silent they have so many flaws that I switched to a different brand. First, the absorbency. Make no mistake, these are daytime only diapers despite what the manufacturer claims. Using these as a nighttime diaper will result in wet sheets, even with a stuffer. Next, the inaccurate sizing. I bought the medium size and though I have a true 32" waist they barely fit. Most medium sized diapers on the market fit me perfectly but the Tena's did not. Last, and most important, is the terrible tapes. They are undersized and WILL slide across the the cloth surface or just lift off completely. I found it impossible to keep the diaper tight across my waist and legs. I had no problems with the tapes ripping or tearing, they just don't stick very well. There are much better products in this price range.

Super fast delivery! Product is decent for daytime medium incontinence. Make sure and wear some plu or plastic pants. What is best is that this works ok with my prosthetic leg. As the leg adds bulk and makes it very difficult to use and wear regular tab style briefs. But these have more capacity then a pull up so work better. Just no deep leg cuffs so wear some added protection to prevent leaks. Which is a must with cloth diapers anyhow.

Tapes can be a little stronger as well as the mediums seem to run a little small compared to the big abdl brands. I have a 32 inch waist and the mediums are just a tad on the small side but the large is way bigger. I just wear the large and roll the front down some.

For the price it's cheaper just to go with store-bought CVS. After an hour they already managed to leak because of the weak leg guards and cannot handle absorbency as they claim they can. Very disappointed with this product, will be going back to other brands. I'm only 130 pounds, no reason these should be that bad of quality. Very disappointed.
