We burned the candle a little under halfway in the evening, and then the next morning lit it again to soften the wax so we could pry the figure out. Because the flame was so close to the raptor's face, it got a little darkened, but the bf didn't mind. It sort of looks like a battle scar--but it is a sign it's not tip top quality, and therefore I think it is a bit overpriced. This caused the flame to actually burn the face of the dinosaur. We put out the candle, and had to break up the rest of it to free the dinosaur.
