I bought this after buying and working through 'you can draw in 30 days' as I mistakenly thought it was the next book in a series and would be teaching me how to draw different things in this book. It isn't. It's the same stuff as the first book, along with numerous sales pitches for Mark Kistler paid lessons. I've wasted my money.I really enjoyed the first book though and gave me the confidence to draw.

Easy to learn

I love how this book breaks down basic skills into fun, easy to follow drawing exercises! I had stepped away from drawing for years, and the instruction and illustration in this book has really motivated me to keep practicing and keep trying! Amazing art is fun - and this book makes drawing a lot less intimidating, regardless of your age or experience. Highly recommend!! Mark Kistler is a great teacher.

I bought this book because I have seen a few of Mark Kistler's videos and he is such a great teacher (and seems like a genuinely nice guy!). I am 54 years old and genuinely believed I couldn't draw until I started watching his videos a few weeks ago. The book is brilliant. It is thicker than I thought is would be and is packed with great ideas and shows you how to draw (what at first seems impossible) 3D drawings. I can't recommend this book highly enough.
