Easy to use and work great
I like using my clip in shoes when I ride our peloton but my wife likes her shoes and these worked great I can un clip them super quick and clip in with my shoes

Fits Perfectly
These plates snapped easily into my pedals and now my bike can be used without shoes. I am also able to stand on it as well. I am still a beginner rider so not sure how safe these would be at more intense speeds.
