right now everyone is giving me lemons. However, this stuff tastes better to me as a seasoning and to flavor water than a lemon. It's dehydrated concentrated lemon juice and you get a ton in this bag. I stuck a small spoon in there for easy reach, and keep it sealed because I do not want to dry it out or have it clump up. Does not come with a scoop, and even if it did, it would be too small. But the bag will hold a plastic teaspoon, so save one from the landfill and reuse as a scoop.So far: used in morning lemon water, smoothies, lemonade/honey drink hot for a sore throat, hot lemon toddy, and a lemony zing for blueberry topping over coconut yogurt. All good. You can add water and use as lemon juice. You can dust it over avocado toast. You can dust it over fake chicken pan fried. You can make a lemony noodle and broccoli sauce too.

This organic lemon powder is delicious. Not bitter just bright refreshing lemon flavor. The use the whole lemon so you benefit from seeds peel pulp, etc.So far I add just 1/8 tsp to 16 oz of water hot or cold and it tastes like I squeezed half a fresh lemon in my glass.I plan to use this powder on baked goods but have not tried yet.It is a fine white powder, not gritty or brown like other brands.Will update when I bake a lemon pound cake, yummerz.

I use this item to give lemon flavor to my homemade cheesecakes.
