Not great!
The media could not be loaded. Looks good but not worth £75, especially as it leaks and isn’t constructed very well. Really disappointed.

Very poor instructions
Very poor instructions. Can not tell if previously used then returned. Information panel shows a month and day and hour but not the current one so likely we received a unit that was returned and sent to us as new. Will try it and see what happens, but at this point very skeptical.If it proves to be worthwhile and operate properly then will keep it and update the review accordingly, however if it does not function as expected it will get returned.I would like an explanation from Amazon or the Manufacturer as to why the display shows 09:19:08 for month, day and hour if this is truly new and not used sold as new. I would also like to know how to reset the display again if not used sold as new.If it is used sold as new that would be fraudulent on the part of either Amazon or the Vendor or Manufacturer, so I want eplanations as soon as possible.

Faulty unit replaced - very happy indeed.
Oh my word, after my original review, Zhuocloud-EU contacted me apologising for the faulty unit and promised to send out a replacement. I was expecting a replacement LED unit but oh no, they sent a fully boxed replacement unit in total. Now that is what I call an EXCELLENT customer service. The email conversation only took place yesterday and the replacement arrived this morning.I will be looking out for other items from this company in the future as I have zero hesitation in buying from them again. The customer liaison is absolutely first class.Thank you so much once again.{original 3 star review}Unit arrived well packaged and a little smaller than imagined - but still happy.However, the LED segment is broken on the right side and not displaying the numericals in full. In addition, the LED lights are flickering. Finally, the fan was nice and quiet on the first few days and became quite noisy for the following days - fine for me as I have tinnitus it provides a good "mask" but I thought to mention this for others who might be wanting to keep this in their bedroom.At this time I have not heard anything back from the vendor regarding the defective LED panel and I hope to raise the review score accordingly as it does look smart.Regarding the pump, it is definitely not blocked as there is only water in the container and the chilli seeds have only been in 4 days and not even a sign of emerging yet.{edit} Well, it has been 3 weeks since I wrote the initial review and the bottom line .... Am I happy ? and the answer is a resounding YES, delighted. I have included photos together with the display (on the working model). Plants are a mix of Lettuce, chilli plants and mint. The roots on the lettuce are over 8" long and the chilli plants about 4" in length. I change the water once every 4 weeks adding more nutrients from the kit (I wish I knew where to get replacement bottles of A and B from).Enclosed a few photos of progress - again, after just 3 weeks.

Fully automated and no messy shelf’s
Got this for preparation to spring and keep kids more interested on gardening.It like one pack which can hold upto 12 plants. Which is great size not too big and not too small.Ideal for home use, doesn’t take much space and has its own light which ideal to support plants indoors and on cloudy days.Instructions how to use and water level well explained, quite simple to use, waiting to plants start to grow, kids exited.

Growing System
Indoor growing system for plants, vegetables and herbs. The kit includes 12 pods allowing for 12 different items to be grown through it. Quick and painless to use and everything is pretty self explanatory although easy to follow introductions are included too! Comes complete with a 6L water tank which makes things so much easier! I opted for the black model and it’s very modern and in fitting with my kitchen. I’ve currently got a selection of herbs growing which shouldn’t take very long to grow. So far so good! The planting and watering stage was really easy and the lights seem to be powerful. Can’t wait to see the results :)Arrived nicely packaged and could make a wonderful gift to the right person!
