Is a license needed to fly this drone?

Well I don't have a license and I have not registered mine. I do however keep it under 400 feet. Now the exception to this is as long as you stay within 400 feet of a building or whatever object you can legally fly 400 feet above the building or object. So if the building is 400 feet tall then you can fly up to 800 feet as long as you are within 400 feet of the object.

Is the drone made in China? I don't want them spying on me

Yes made in China. Easy way to get around the spying thing if you are worried about it. Whatever device you are using for an fpv display ,never hook that unit to the internet and or cell service. Another way is to use a third party app like Litchi for your camera view.

Does this have a follow me mode?

Mavic Air 2 supports FocusTrack, we could easily track subjects such as vehicles, boats and people. It includes Active Track 3.0, Spotlight 2.0, and Point of Interest 3.0, allowing you to unleash your creativity. Active Track 3.0 includes Trace mode (the aircraft tracks the subject at a constant distance) and Parallel mode (the aircraft tracks the subject at a constant angle and distance from the side). Point of Interest 3.0: the aircraft tracks the subject in a circle based on the radius and flight speed that is set. Spotlight 2.0: we could fly freely while the camera remains locked on the subject with this convenient mode.

Does this come with a charger for the battery?

Yes. The fly more combo also includes a 4 way charger attachment so that it can hold 4 batteries and charge each one, one at a time. It’s convenient if you are (for instance) setting all batteries on charge overnight. You don’t have to change out each battery. It does it for you. It’s a pretty convenient option to have, especially if you’re too busy to manage batteries while working.

Excelente dron

Fácil de usar, tiene buen alcance y calidad de video y estabilización. Después de 1 año y medio de uso las aspas se aflojan y hacen que el dron no responda al momento del vuelo, por lo que deberás de comprar otras aspas para evitar algún accidente. El dron realmente vale la pena y me llegó en perfecto estado

Exelente drone para filmación y fotografía

El drone es bastante estable y confiable, vuela por alrededor de 25 minutos y cuenta con sensores Anti colisión. Sin embargo tiene algunos puntos malos, el video o fotografía suele tener ruido en ciertas condiciones de luz, es más ruidosa que la de un mini 2, no cuenta con sensores laterales, solo adelante, atrás y abajo. Por lo que hay que tomarlo en cuenta para hacer seguimiento. Compra muy recomendable.
