My skin just didn't like it 😕
I had high hopes for this pacifica product after hearing a lot of people recommending it. I have sensitive skin prone to mild rosacea, 1st time i used it i just felt stinging & burning sensation straight away. I've never reacted this badly to a face wash before. I would definitely give this a pass if you have sensitive skin

Really nice, gentle face wash
I have combination sensitive skin. It’s hard to find a cleanser that cleanses well without stripping my skin. I like the brand so I gave it a chance. I really love it! It’s fragrance free and doesn’t irritate my skin. I use it mostly at night as my second step in a double cleanse (first step is jojoba oil). It works really well at washing away all the grime from the first cleanse and still leaving my skin soft. I keep backups of this now in case Pacifica stops making it.

Its very soft and removes make-up so well.
I like how soft for the skin especially when removing make-up. I also love that it does not dries my skin since I have a dry skin type.

Cruelty Free and truly gentle!
To start, be warned: if you're new to getting this face wash, squeeze the bottle very gently to get product out! If you squeeze this bottle as you would with anything else, so much face wash will come out!Bottle aside, this face wash is so gentle, nonscented, cruelty-free, and it's a great wash. I used to use Cetaphil but since I found out that they test on animals, I said no thank you. I tried this face wash and have not looked back since! When I told my piercer that I use this face wash, she thanked me for taking care of my piercing. It's gentle, good value, CRUELTY FREE, and once you get used to squeezing the bottle gently to avoid overflows, it's perfect. No complaints here!

Great Product for Sensitive Skin, but packaging?
This cleanser I would agree it is gentle; I think it'd be great for those with sensitive skin. My skin isn't overly sensitive but it can be sensitive especially in the winter. I didn't get any acne from using this cleanser, I would buy it again. However, because this is a liquid cleanser I don't think the packaging is well-suited for this type of cleanser. It can get messy with trying to put cleanser on your hands when the cleanser is spilling out of the bottle.
