These saved my wrists from any injury or pain in a serious inline skating fall
The fall impact catching mostly with my right arm while inline skating at high speed dislocated my shoulder and caused minor fracture to the humorous head, but zero injury or pain in wrists. These wrist guards did their job perfectly, no wrist injury or pain, no abrasion and wrist guards barely show any sign of damage after fall impact and scraping along the ground.I rarely give reviews but I feel compelled to praise how well these wrists guards protected me in circumstances I'm certain would have others caused wrist fractures. Also prior to real test of a major crash, I already liked that these had a great fit and the materials felt both sturdy & comfortable to wear as designed. I highly recommend these wrist guards.

good quality
I get these to help with my wrists. I tend to fall asleep somehow leaning on my hands causing much discomfort in the wrists and hands. They last considerably longer than the ones I have gotten from the medical supply store.

Sturdy wrist guards; challenging sizing.
What is great about these wrist guards is that the metal wrist protector inserted in the sleeve appears extremely durable and well seated in the sleeve. It does not chafe and is comfortable in my daily use, up to 1 hour at a time. The velcro attaches firmly for the most part, but I have to be careful to avoid contact of the velcro with any type of knit clothing because it is very tenacious. More of a problem is the sizing. I have a 7.5 hand / glove size, which I know because I wear a size 7.5 surgical glove on a regular basis and they fit me exactly correctly. I also measured the circumference as directed by the size chart before purchasing. The wrist guard does fit about correctly around the palm of my hand. However, the wrist velcro straps are sized such that the guard makers appear to expect my wrist to have almost the same diameter as the palm of my hand. As a result, when I tighten the velcro strap to the correct tightness, only about 1 cm of the velcro pad overlaps. This probably happens because they have a fairly wide size range (L = 7.0 to 8.5, for example). The problem could easily be fixed if the origin point of the strap had receiving velcro on the back, but it simply flat webbing, leaving a large area of free velcro to catch on clothing, bags, etc, and gradually work its way loose. The free velcro is slowly shredding the webbing wristband. If I replace these at some point, I will probably try a size down.

Eskate- I can hold my remote comfortably!
I have a nice pair of K2 wrist guards for rollerblades and regular skating, but I can’t hold my eskate remote safely. These sit low enough on my hand that I can operate my remote perfectly, yet I don’t feel any loss of protection. The triple straps hold your wrist firmly, but comfortably, and the skid plate is thick and covers the palm well.I have rather large hands, and I still have a little room left in the straps with size L.

Get these
These are an absolute MUST HAVE. I am i electric scooter buff, and I have been riding high end dual motor scooters for about 18 months and unfortunately I have had 3 relatively serious falls and 1 other less serious fall...although anytime you fall off a scooter it can be serious. At any rate...your wrist will ALWAYS make impact with the pavement, so you absolutely NEED superior wrist protection, otherwise your wrist will never work again. Wrist fractures are awful- many people have told me they often times don't heal correctly because the bones in that area don't realign properly for whatever reason. These wrist guards have saved my wrist in all of my falls...I'm talking not even a scratch. These have to be the best wrist guards on the market. They cover the most area and they offer the best protection- the hard, bent piece of thick plastic that covers the palm area is the key...the plastic bends outward so if you fall (which I have) your hand never hits the ground. The bent plastic hits the ground and your hand/wrist is not affected. I literally hit a curb 2 weeks ago and my entire body weight landed on my right wrist, but it wasn’t injured at all because of this wrist guard. Anyone who is riding electric scooters must have this wrist guard. Seriously. It will save you thousands of dollars in medical bills, plus of course months and years of pain in your wrist.
