I was diagnosed with macular degeneration 2 years ago. I was surprised as I have never worn glasses and thought i had cataracts. My eye doctor recommended these supplements. 6 months ago my eye doctor told me to take these because I have the beginning of MD and my last checkup showed that it was not getting any worse yea!! It has a lot of the vitamins that I already was taking. So, I was able to cut down on the number of pills I was taking. easy to swallow & no taste.
