I have used these now for almost two months - they are easy to put on - though some times they stick better than others but that may be due to the oils on my feet (should wash before applying). When I don't use them I notice a distinct difference in the quality of my sleep - not as relaxed --with active dreams. I had used another brand that was over 10 times the cost - a slightly different formula but in my estimation at the cost of $0.55 a night - these are well worth it and work just as effectively. Will continue to use - glad they are back in stock. They are meant for an average foot - and having a smaller foot I do have to negotiate the pad around my little toe - no big deal. They are not black in the morning- as shown in a picture and as another person commented - but they have a brown color - sometimes darker and sometimes lighter - and a smoky scent. All in all - very happy with the product.

I had bought and originally tried other food pads that are supposed to do the same thing but those only come as a 10 pack and were just as much as this 100 pack so I figured I would give these a try instead. I have to say that I liked the other ones better. The adhesive is a large area and when putting the pad on the area of the foot that it says to the top part of the adhesive comes up and basically covers my small toe which is somewhat annoying and uncomfortable. also with these ones in the morning instead of the pad being black with the toxins like it shows and how it was with the others ones I used, These ones are brown/yellow in color and leave a lot of residue on the bottom of my feet.

I was pretty skeptical but after reading reviews I figured 25 dollars was worth a shot. Read the directions and after the first night I noticed I didn't have my normal morning groggy headache. I actually had energy, and couldn't ignore the energy and clarity I had while at work all day. I'm not saying I'm totally sold- but I certainly loved waking up without pain.

They need more adhesive

There are much better than the ones that you have to place the meds on the pad and these are already there and work fine.
