Good music stand, holds 4 sheets at once
Better than the prior version, but still lacking. This version has extensible trays (for additional sheets), but has some design problems:1. The extension trays have a minuscule lip in the back, and the side arms have one less jointed segment, so the 1st and 4th sheets (that one can put on the extension trays) are supported very precariously.2. The top has a decorative little harp, which would be a nice touch if it were not that it interferes with every LED light clip. The base and telescoping mechanism are excellent, and the stand is attractive, and well built.

Take your time to set up
If you don't take your time, you will bend sheetmusic holder aspect of the stand. So, I reiterate...take your time to setup.

A portable music stand that is big enough and strong enough
We’ve been looking (not too hard) for a couple of years for a stand that will take four pages. Now having broken yet another two-page stand I managed to find this excellent wide K&M 10062-015-55 stand as a replacement, and it is much sturdier than any of the previous ones.Four pages fit without overlap and without falling back sideways, but can slide forwards off the desk because of a lack of enough bottom lip. The desk reclines sufficiently to get around this, but for more confined spaces I’ve added some mini (15mm) fold-back binder clips, a bit like these .The two pillar clamps and tripod clamp each have a proper shaped pad to grip the shafts without damage, allowing repeated adjustments over a height from floor to the base of the music ranging from a minimum of about 31” to a maximum of about 51”.The desk extends to about 31” wide and the top rail of the backrest is at about 9” above the desk. However because of the telescopic base to the desk, other than a vestigial front lip, there is nothing to prevent floppier sheets from sliding off. Just a quarter of an inch up-stand lip would have been enough, and it could still have telescoped. This is what loses the final star, it is not quite there. these

Love it!
Not used it in a gig or rehearsal yet but the stand is "properly chunky". It's unlike any other collapsible stand I've ever used. Yes it's more expensive but it does feel like it's going to "stand the test of time" ;-). The "c shape" legs feel very secure.I bought it mostly because of the expanding aspect of the stand, the pieces slide out smoothly and the metal arms hold their position well. I guess time will tell if they go"floppy or not" - for now it's all good.A bit cheeky it doesn't come with a stand bag though but even that's not enough to warrent dropping a star.

Great music stand
I consider this to be the best music stand I have ever bought. Good points are: (i) It is strong (ii) appears to be well made (iii) takes quite heavy music without toppling over (iv) extends easily if you need to spread out three or four sheets of music (v) I like the way that each section will not pull out completely from the section below when you want the stand up high. Ideal.

Great stand for large manuscripts
A well made stand with a novel approach to solving a problem if you play continuously or solo. It folds up as neatly as a normal stand and is only slightly heavier. My only slight criticism is being over six feet tall I stand playing bass so if it could have been extended higher would have been useful when following the conductor.

Packs like a normal stand but offers four sheet display
I played a two day festival of orchestral/rock/movies music at the weekend - invaluable to be able to play all the charts without any rushed turnovers, and still fold it and put it in my gig bag at the end of the night. Not cheap, but it is K&M.
