I have tried EVERYTHING....prescription sleep meds, FOUR unisom at a time, Tylenol PM, Melatonin, alcohol.....but this works for me. I've even taken 60 mg of Melatonin and while it PUT me to sleep, it couldn't KEEP me asleep. I took this on the recommendations of a friend, and it's the best sleep I've ever had. Because things often work for 2 or 3 nights and stop working, I waited a week before posting this review. Not every product will work for everyone, but this works great for me. Might be worth a try if you struggle with sleep issues.

I've only tried it once so far, but gave a far better sleep than any other non-prescription medicine I've tried. I have real sleep problems, and usually wake up every hour, but I slept 4.5 solid hours before waking up last night. Hopefully things will get even better the more I take it. Customer service is very attentive. It would be great if I didn't need to buy it again, but I certainly won't hesitate if I need it.Thanks,Jamie

Recently switched to this product from another well known Melatonin product. This one is far superior both in price and in effectiveness.Give it a try, you will be pleased and the price is very reasonable.

Tried for by insomnia but didn’t work , groggy next day , so next night took half a pill and helped a bit , but may work for other people

Total bait and switch. I placed and paid for order of a box of 60 and only received box of 30.
