I ended up buying two. One from Hallmark and the other from Cali's. Comparing the two, the Cali was much easier to record. The other brand once you record, didn't always read the right page when going through the book, which was very frustrating. Our daughter had grown up on the Walk Disney Three Little Pig story so this was a slightly different version. It was fun listening to my husband reading it to give our granddaughter, brought back memories of him reading to our daughter. Great product to help reach out to our little ones during this COVID time. thanks

This is the second one of these books I have recorded. It is a wonderful gift to give to grandparents and far off loved ones, that they can record and give as a very personal gift to your child. I'd recommend the recorder add a page turn signal (bell sound...) at the end of each page. The volume is not very loud, but we love them.

Just what I was looking for. My daughter and grandson moved across the country last year. When they lived here I would see him all the time and read to him. His birthday is coming up and I wanted to find a book that my husband and I could record for him. This was perfect!! It is of good quality and fairly simple to use. I can't wait to hear his reaction when he gets it. I'm very happy to know that all he has to do is push a button to hear me read to him whenever he wants!

This book was so special to me and my family. I brought this to my 95 year old grandmas house for her to read a story as a keepsake to my toddler. Initially the book was a little confusing to operate. Once we got going it was fine.My grandma has dementia, just a few days after having her read and record, she had an episode and doesn’t know anyone at all anymore. I’m so grateful for this book now, to hear her voice.

The media could not be loaded. Great book! My kids are going to be so excited. Instructions are very comprehensive and the book is easy to use. Definitely for kids 3 and up. For babies I’d order one of the nursery collection. But I love this book so much! Hopefully the batteries last because I know my kids will be listening to this one all the time

Perfect gift for any occasion. I got it for my babyboy as a Christmas gift and I know he will love it. The voice record is just amazing!! Now the book is bilingual (it comes in English and I recorded it with my voice in Spanish). It is a lifetime gift. The material is strong and it comes in a beautiful box. Everything well made. For sure I will start a collection of books for us because I also enjoy with this gift 😍😍.

The book was not set up well. I did not like to have to look in the back of the book for directions while trying to record. The paper button that you have to push in order to record or to listen is way too hard. I was recording this for my three- and a half year old granddaughter. There is no way that she would be able to push that paper button on each page to listen. I could hardly get it to work so that I could record. Instructions were on the back I didn't care for that and the words on the switches were very difficult to see. I had to get out my reading glasses and get a flashlight so that I can even see what they were talking about. The book itself is is very nice looking, it would have been very cute on a shelf as I had planned to buy the series of books for her so that she would always have my voice to listen to. The book was very colorful and I enjoyed the illustrations on each page. Bottom line a small child will not be able to operate this book.
