Great phone, as described, & came with screen protector & case! Fantastic!
Bought this to replace my mom’s lost phone. It is beautiful, easy to use, and the battery was mostly charged when I got it. I was thrilled that the phone case and screen protector were included. This made the purchase a no-brained! I highly recommend this product and seller.

Battery good
I purchased this product in july 2023 been using it since and compared to past blu phones i've had. This one has never given me battery issues or power down even when theres plenty of battery left(an unfortunate drawback to older blu phones even tho i loved them).Don't expect to keep loads of apps open like a samsung or iphone. This is a budget phone, treat it as such and give it tlc and you'll be fine.✓Surprised: Was most impressed the gps on phone worked so well.✓Surprised: screen display was great even on very sunny days unlike my samsung✓Surprised: i surpassed my expectations and battery testing for several months now.✓I will be buying another someday or a newer version of this.

ATT/puretalk network problems: how to solve
I spent like 6h to have the phone place phone calls on Puretalk, which is an MVNO using AT&T network. The phone would connect to wifi and cellular data but was unable to place or receive phone calls. I spent 1 h on the phone (another phone, obviously) with Puretalk customer service where they: 1. allegedly corrected a wrong phone IMEI on their side, which did nothing; 2. they made me enter brand new data for the APN (access point name), which did also nothing. The problem with this phone reminded that I experienced when ATT shut down the 3G network and my 4g phone was not able to place phone calls because not VOLTE enabled. VOLTE=Voice Over LTE means that the phone use the 4G network for its calls. Older phones would use everything 4G but phone calls would use the 3G network. Using the USSD code *#*#4636#*#* I was able to determine that the g91s phone was NOT voLTE enabled. I enabled it but it did not solve the problem. I did a factory reset and when I checked again *#*#4636#*#* voLTE was enabled out of the box. BUT no phone calls yet. Then, I found an article on an ATT community forum that indicated that some phones operating on 4G network might require a software update to place phone calls. This useful page was deleted by ATT (of course!) and can be found only as a cached google search. When I checked for updates on the g91S, well there was one. I updated the phone and it worked! Phone calls were enabled.TL:DR: if your g91s cannot place phone calls on the ATT/puretalk network see if an update is available. This should fix the issue. After less than a day of phone use, I would say that the g91s seems quite good for the price. It comes with charger, USB C cable, wired headphones, screen protector and a case. Only time will tell if it will last. One annoying thing is that there is a notification popping up constantly: "OP07Wos WiFI calling Turn it on now" and I don`t see any way to enable from the settings.

First Blu phone to DISAPPOINT. WORST PHONE EVER.
EDIT/UPDATE: I DESPISE THIS PHONE. Seriously, don't do it. Get ANY other phone out there. I guarantee it will be better than this one. It shuts itself/restarts roughly 20-30 times per day, if not more. (No, that is NOT an exaggeration. If anything, it's a low estimate.) I'm trying talk to someone on a call? Nope. Restart. Want to switch between two apps? Nope. Restart. Look at the phone too hard? Restart. Want to play a game? That's cute, but NO. RESTART. The service request on Blu's website doesn't work. It is missing a field for submission, but that field isn't actually present on the form. I tried calling the number..."No one is available to assist you. Goodbye." I *think* this phone may still be within warranty limits but I can't actually contact Blu and I'm so irritated that I'm just going to eat the cost and find something new. Blu, you've failed miserably and I'm done with you. I wasn't going to leave this update until I spent an hour trying to figure out how to contact the company with no success. Is this update reactionary? 100%, but it's an outburst that's been brewing for nearly 4 months now... Hopefully it saves someone the urge to rip their hair out like I've had to restrain myself from doing...Original review: This is the third Blu phone I've had. Each of the others lasted a few years each, which felt reasonable for their cost. I have had NOTHING but issues with this model. Dropped calls, apps closing mid-use, restarting itself multiple times a day, freezing up. Blu products have always been dependable for me, so I hesitate to give too bad of a review, but go with a different model. I either got a lemon, or this model is just glitchy and is a huge irritation. When it works, it works well, but I never know when it's going to decide NOT to work...The camera is good, the sound quality is good, the size is good. I just wish it was reliable. :(

Flagship features at a working person's budget.
Pros: You won't be disappointed with all the features of this phone. I arrived at the Blu brand after owning several expensive Samsung Note phones. The quality for the price can't be beat. I've owned 3 Blu cell phones and I can't say anything really bad about the brand. I've had this model for 3 months. My last Blu phone, I had for almost 3 years finally, after dropping it in the toilet 3 times and bouncing it down the stairs at least twice - it finally said, "enough is enough!"😁The picture quality is decent to me, I'm not expecting anything near the product that a $4,000 Nikon or Olympus produces. The charging is relatively fast and lasts a day plus with heavy use. It's easy to use, I didn't even need to read the user's manual. The sound quality is quite good and I almost forgot, it's surprisingly light.Cons: I was surprised that it was only a 4G device, I mean come-on, it's 2023 after all. I got a slight scare when I 1st charged it because it became a bit warm and all I could think of was it starting a fire - while in my pocket 😳! Turns out I was overreacting as it's never happened again.😜
