As a bigger guy and someone who is always in my truck for work this is excelllent. Super easy to install, very comfortable and I immediately felt a nice relief on my lower back. Highly recommend I will definitely be buying more come Christmas time for gifts !!

Great little set and not overpriced. It has improved my posture in the car especially, as well as providing a more comfortable seated position on my hot leather seats (mesh fabric bonus!). Definitely getting air conditioned seats next time. This set comes with a hot/cold pack that can be heated or frozen. Comes with two supports so I have one in my car and one in my office chair. I'm thinking about getting a second pack for the passenger seat and my dining room table.

Works great on my car, my neck does not hurt anymore. I only wish it had a vertical strap to help keep it in place.

Works well. Comfortable and firm. And doesn’t feel cheap like a another support I’ve used. My back has been killing me so I’m also getting good use out of the gel pack that comes with it. Told my son who has back pain to order one!

I purchased it primarily for use in my vehicle. It seems to spend out and collapse if I drive a long distance. It's helpful for shorter rides though.

It came with 2 back supports which was great. I keep one at work and one at home. The Ice patch really helps my back and I can adjust the position to where I want. Great Deal for 2 and great quality. 5 stars hands down.

I've had one of these in my car foralmost a year now, and I just took the gel pack out of the freezer for running errands after a miserable night of pain. Sitting against this gives my poor lumbar spine instant relief! I like the knobby insert, too... it is perforated so it doesn't block ventilation, which is great when it is 101.2 with 3,000% humidity in Louisiana! I keep the other one on an old-school wedge backrest (the stuffed triagle with arms type) on my client's ancient torture-dungeon couch to make long days caregiving bearable. They've held up remarkably well with daily use, and long roadtrips wouldn't be possible without this level of support.

I liked the price and the ease of putting it on. However, if the chair is wider, the arch of the unit for your back flattens. So i had to roll a towel and place it between the chair and unit so it maintained its curve. It does the job but needed a little help.
