Great for fatigue reduction
I started taking this about a month ago. There is plenty of servings in the bottle to last at least two months. Ever since I started taking it I’ve noticed I become less fatigued during my lifts and runs. Given, I also take this with creatine monohydrate. However, I feel great in the gym!

Makes me feel fantastic.
I bought this because I heard wonderful things about this product. Definitely makes me feel healthier and I personally believe it lowers my blood pressure. Waiting for some additional benefits to kick in once I start taking it for a longer time frame. I do like it.

Nice product
Nice product, the good is that you only have to take once a day but the bad is the dose of 3 large capsules.

PCOS
These have massively helped my PCOS. I've been taking them for 9 months now and in the beginning it was 1 pill a day, now it's 2 daily and I've seen a massive improvement in pain regarding my monthly cycles. I don't have time to exercise, so i can't speak on any weight loss, but i haven't gained any weight due to using these either.
