I've had Henry and hetty and this knocks them out the park..really light weight, easy to use and the tools actually fit and stay on board!!!! the suction is amazing and the main head tool is brilliant quality and brings everything up out of the pile.the pipes fit together lovely and are light and come apart with ease...all in all a fantastic hoover

Excellent cable length and on board storage (I wonder where it all goes).Light enough to lift and heavy enough to stay put when pulling out the cable etc.Very quiet. When vaccing downstairs it is inaudibe upstairs. (Doesn't wake late risers!)Excellent hose fitment. Screw collar so should be more airtight and secure than the push and clip type.Excellent filtration. NOTHING comes out of the exhaust of this machine except Air.EXCELLENT suction. We use it to clean out ashes from the grate and ash pan of our woodburner, when cold of course. Has no problem with the odd screw or nail or anything small enough to go through the nozzle with or without the crevice tool.GREAT selection of bags to choose from. Uses load of other manufacturers and non OEM bagsVERY compact considering it holds the tools and the cable on board.A lot of upper case I know but it really is that good (in our opinion)The vac we compare it to is our Karcher wet and dry. It's performance is on a par but doesn't have "wet" or "bagless" facility and has a smaller capacity than the Karcher.

The floor tool drags on carpets making it harder so work with than I expected apart from that it’s a fairly decent little vacuum cleaner

This is great, i use vacuums every day and this is my favourite of this style as it actually has good suction even when the bag is almost full. That is unusual.well thought out vacuum a cross between the Henry and the Karcher T10.The price is good at the moment.

Edit: the cable has loosened up a lot with use, but the plastic things that hold the hose together have all come loose. Nothing a bit of gorilla glue didn't sort out but be aware of this. I still fully recommend this hoover.I love it so much. Nice and powerful, lightweight and easy to use. The adjustable airflow is awesome. The attachments that come with it are handy.. Only downside is the turny thing to wind the cable back in. It's really really stiff but it seems to have loosened up a wee bit after using it a couple times. I can imagine some folk might find it really difficult to wind the cable back in.Don't be like me and forget it comes with 5 dust bags INSIDE THE HOOVER. Had a really stupid moment and forgot to actually remove the dust bags and attach one before I used it. No idea what I was thinking, don't do that lolI recommend it for sure.

This is the best vacuum cleaner, especially for DIY cleaning up major dirt and dust. Wish my upright vacuum performed this well!! Easy to load bag and empty.

Its fab..my Henry hoover had its day after many years so I tried this one .I cannot fault it.its light to carry and pull.the hose isn't heavy but works great and the lead is ultra long.Not hard to use it's perfect for me .much better than my battery onesPlus tools are on the base .

Not as good as I hoped get’s stack in hard floors not easy to operate the hose is too short and very stiffIt damage's walls and wood work as you clean around the house if you not extremely carfulSanctions is good but no adjustments is not been though properly I wished I haven’t bought itHenry is much better all around worth the extra money iv used Henry’s for last 15 years I thought this one is going to challenge Henry’s but no not yet
