We keep this handy to apply to my 5 year old granddaughter each time she goes out to play....seems to make a difference with her allergies.

My 7 yr was recently diagnosed with seasonal allergies. She puts this on before she goes outside and it helps her with her breathing and helps stop the sneezing! So glad we got this. We love that it is natural and she does need to be downing medications.

Smells nice, helped my MIL to clear out her sinus due to the allergies, but I don't know how it would work on others, as you know, essencial oils work with your chemistry and what works for some will not work for others.

At first i thought it will not be so effective because its so gentle but it worked really great for my autistic son who has allergies and really helped him sleep.

This stuff works as well on sons allergy sniffles as benadryl! Minus the drowsiness. Yay!
