Davidson's Principles and Practice of Medicine

Well written and illustrated. Excellent text for general medical students, or practitioners trying to keep up outside their own speciality. Might be hard for a general reader not prepared to invest time and effort in decoding medical terminology, especially without a physiology source handy.

Met expectations

So excellent I am reliving my childhood as a medical student I'm now a very old retired doctor on a sick pension and it gives me great joy to read this and the other one that seems to replace it by Kumar and Clark which came out on the 20th of June sadly I was not patient enough to wait for a new addition of this but I hopefully we'll get my daughter to sell some of the possibly sixth previous editions that I have got although I have not fully read them they are beautiful they have all the basic science link to all the illnesses and you couldn't do better than to start here I wish you all the best in your career

Ordered again for a second attempt after having to return the first which had eight pages missing followed by a number of blank pages and a repeat of one previous page.

Very Heavy book to carry, maybe 15 lbs... Content excellent, diagrams very good. but hard to manage because it is so heavy.... Several smaller books would be better.

Excellent resource for student naturopaths

Que libro tan bueno para repasar, aclaro, no es un tratado pero esta buenísimo, trae unas perlas wow 9.5/10, porque la pasta es blanda y el libro está grande, debería ser pasta dura aunque cueste un poco más porque el contenido lo vale
