Get what you pay for, but it gets the job done
Cons:- Needs to be really close to your radio to get good quality - I need to put it in the cup holder RIGHT under the radio.- If it falls out of the cup holder, quality gets awful.- Lets you select one of 4 frequencies - they're all quite popular for devices like this, and the power is so low that my music is often drowned out by that of someone else driving near me.Pros:Works acceptably well under ideal conditions. You get what you pay for.

hard to tell if it's on...
When I got this, the blue power light bearly worked, and now it doesn't work at all. It's very hard to tell if I've turned it on or off unless it's plugged into a music player and a radio is on to the right station.

Only one draw back
This thing works great! the only draw back is battery life. It would be perfect if it had an option to work off a power supply.

Very Good - But have to adjust 'angle' sometimes.
I bought this device on a clearance rack for about $5.00. I connect it to my Droid X, to stream Pandora and FoxNews (Slingbox with DishNetwork) through my Radio. The two complaints I've been reading mostly here, have not really been a problem for me.1. Holding it in front of the faceplate on the radio? I've never had to do this. If I lay my phone and the transmitter on the passenger seat, the I have to move the transmitter around periodically (like after a turn). In my above dash GPS/Phone holder, I have the transmitter laying across the top of the dash and it works great!2. Battery Life - Obviously the more you use it, the quicker it'll die. I had a better transmitter, so I stopped using this one. Unfortunately, my daughter spilled coffe on my good transmitter, so I pulled this one out of a desk drawer, and its great! With the same batteries I put in over a year ago!Would give it 5 stars, if it weren't for having to adjust the position periodically. My other transmitter didn't have this problem and it came with a USB charging chord; which this device does not.**NOTE: On my Droid, the audio from a phone call is horrible (might be my year old batteries), but music and my Foxnews sound great (even with Year old batteries).

VRFM2 Wireless FM Transmiter Review
The product is just what was promised on the box, nothing more, nothing less. I will rather have a transmitter that works with a larger range of stations or frequencies, I will also prefer a different type of extension cord, it seems like the jack extension is very delicate and will easily break If I drag it two hard, however is treated with care it perform it job very well. It is a good alternative if you need to invest in an economic product that performs a good job.

DO NOT BUY
if i could give this 0 stars i would...it only barely barely works if you hold it up to your sterio's faceplate, and even then, the sound is extremely low, extremely muffled, and extremely static...it's barely even audible...you get what you pay for here folks, save your money and get a more expensive/higher quality fm transmitter.
