Switched to Spitz for good
Decided to order these after a friend recommended them to me. I usually eat David's. I never realized how much salt David's seeds have though. I was eating them for so long I just got used to the sore feeling that you get in your mouth after hours of putting whole cheekfuls of their seeds in at once. These have the perfect amount of salt. Enough to make them taste great, but nowhere near the amount that makes your mouth hurt. They are priced very fairly as well. For those of you who are concerned about expiration dates, the salted and roasted pack of 12 I ordered has an expiration date of 6 months.

Best seed I've found to date
I've been on the seed habit for 20+ years and these are hands-down the best on the market. Enough salt to curb that itch, but not so much as to make your mouth raw. I seek these out over ALL other leading brands for THAT reason alone. These are packaged in the right size bags in my opinion, as to not go stale too soon like other, bigger bags. Just received my order at the beginning of Sept 2018, fresh supply.

Best "vanilla" sunflower seeds you can buy
I say "Vanilla" sunflower seeds because they only have salt (and olive oil) as seasonings, not dill pickle, BBQ, or any of that nonsense. Having eaten salted seeds from a variety of makers such as Frito Lay, Dakota, and David, these are hands down the best. They are salty, but only not nearly as strongly as David, which makes them much more pleasant to eat. The downside is that they are not sold in many stores, but they are inexpensive on Amazon.

Good Seeds
Seeds have a nice, nutty flavor. Better tasting than David brand seeds. Not the biggest seeds but definitely not too small either. Another reviewer mentioned the high amount of sodium but I didn't notice. In fact I thought they had less salt (taste wise anyway) than a lot of other brands.

LOVE THESE!
I have tried several different sunflower seeds and this has become my favorite brand! they taste amazing and has the right amount of saltiness to them as well. It is a hard product to find locally so I am glad to find them online here and for a great price too! looking forward to buying more!

Seriously not good !
Very bad seeds , maybe I got a bad batch or something but those are horrible, they are very lightly salted and barely roasted , I threw out the whole 12 packs .

Ok, I tried a few other brands and thought spitz were the best out of what I've tried BUT last 2-3 batches I got (boxes of 12) they all taste BAD!!! And getting worse with every box!At first I thought I got a bad batch, so bought again, but they are even worse this time!Impossible to eat, let alone enjoy! Keep getting yucky terrible tasting seeds! YUCK!Not going to buy them again, done!

This brand is by far my favorite sunflower seeds
I have been eating sunflower seeds since I was 8 years old... That is over 55 years. This brand is by far my favorite sunflower seeds. They taste great. The sodium content is not excessive compared to others brands. The seeds are always large and there is rarely a bad seed. Will continue to buy this product for my personal consumption
