Gooseneck Touchless by Royal Line - a complete waste of time and money.
Nice idea but the solenoid failed. Royal Line did not reply to my emails or telephone messages. I ended up removing it and replacing with a faucet from HD.I consider this item - the Gooseneck Touchless by Royal Line - to be a complete waste of time and money in my opinion.Very disappointed.

Bought this faucet at Costco for $178
And, it isn't worth much more in IMHO. It is chrome plated which for most faucets is the least expensive. It looks pretty good on the sink. It works. I like turning the faucet on an off with the wave of my hand. All the connections are water tight. (this is the first time ever no leaks on the first try out of several faucet installs for me.)I bought this one- hole- faucet for a three hole sink. Unfortunately, the cover plate that covers the remaining holes is only about 81/2 inches long and I needed 10 inches to cover both holes. And, this base plate is made out of plastic with a chromelike coating...really cheap! I ended up using ss plugs to cover holes. It is a pretty easy install, but the nut that secures the faucet to the sink is meant to hand tighten only and no way you can get a wrench around the base so hand tight is as good as is and I can tolerate that, I think. The retractable hose attaches to the outflow part of the electronic valve, so make sure you mount the valve close enough to the underside of the sink to give you abut 12 inches of hose length when you pull it out. So, for 178 bucks I am keeping it, but would not pay more.

Great Bargain
I purchased this kitchen faucet and it works exactly as advertised, except for the baseplate which was short, as others have said. I sent an email to the manufacturer, and they provided me with a 10" baseplate, free of charge and fast shipping. I have read the other reviews and agree it is not a $1000 faucet, for $199.99 it was a real bargain!

Not a value
Could not get auto feature to work. "Helpline" no help. A cheap product, NOT a value.

Touchless Operation is a great bonus
Little bit of a learning curve for the guests, who are exposed to this technology, which was quite amusing. It is water saving too. Anyway we got used to the Kitchen faucet and often try to mimic the same gesture to a hand operated faucet, elsewhere.CONS: 1) The solenoid valve getting stuck and water drains nonstop, until the hand operated valve. Continuous operation of start and stop was keeping hand over sensor for more than 10 seconds.2) So, one time water was draining with no one nearby. The sprinkler system may have triggered the flow without any hand gestures.2) The low battery indication is not visible and the replacement of batteries may be more frequent. Should be connected to an electrical adopter and batteries should a rechargeable, so that it takes care when we are out of Power.

Will broke down before year ends
Got 3 - first broke down in a week, others two broke down way before first year. Also, finish somehow good for calcium buildup. Hoses have all those heavy ends - horrible to work with, and when you screw hoses on the cold and hot water supply, they don't install well because they get coiled up, etc - made poor, not swiwel \turn around so you can screw them on well...May be seems cheaper than other touchless, but quality so low - it doesn't worth it.

Nightmare
I am a female and I was going to do the faucet myself until I discovered the water shut off valve did not work, so I called a plumber. He replaced the shut off valve and removed my old faucet. The first problem was that the cover plate did not cover a 3 hole sink like it should have, no problem by a new plate. The second problem was that the faucet would not fit thru the hole in the sink. No problem drill a bigger hole, no way in %*$$. I am going on my third day of a sink with no faucet and 2 plumber visits. This faucet is going back. I have just bought a different faucet and am waiting for the plumber to come again. The box had said made in China. I guess china does not have standard parts.

Garbage
Stay away from this faucet. The company does not respond to customer service requests, possibly out of business and their contact is a law office in NY. The faucet died and there's no way to have it fixed. Mine is about 3 years old and is already trash. Do not buy this.
