does this product come sealed? Mine was in a box but no seal or plastic, and the bottle wasn't sealed. Is this how it's supposed to come?

No when I recieved it it was not sealed just packkaged

Is it ok to use 3 times a day?

Its recommended to be use it in the morning and in the evening. 3 or 4 drops to clean dry skin before moisturizer.

Amazon description says 1 ounce but as you read further down it says .5 ounce. How many ounces are truely in the $17.99 bottle? Thx

I no longer have the box it was packaged in, and the bottle is frosted a dark brown so as to make it difficult to see within. My guess would be .5.
