DOA
I was excited for this PC, and when it arrived I was hoping to get started setting it up and downloading my favorite games except that didn't happen. Instead I spent three hours following the trouble shooting directions Skytech gives. The PC turns on, but both of my monitors do not detect it. I've tried multiple cords and even all the HDMI ports. I made sure the RAM and GPU was seated. I even removed the CMOS battery as recommended by Skytech's guide. Still no display. So now I am waiting for the customer support to open so that they can direct me to do all that bs again. The point of a prebuilt PC should be that it works right out of the box, plug and play. If I wanted to spend three++ hours trouble shooting and unplugging components just to get it to display on a monitor I would just build my own. Unfortunately it seems like this has turned into a time sink that I wanted to avoid. Definetly feeling like this is a one star review unless Skytech pulls some stellar customer service out of their nose.Update 1 Sep:I was able to get ahold of customer service after waiting on hold for over 45 minutes. The tech was polite and went through the steroids with me again. He gave me a few options I've it was decided that the video card was not operating. I chose to have them send me a new video card.It took 4 days to get the shipping label. And the old part is going to a facility in Canada, not California... My computer arrived a week ago and yeah. No idea when it will be operational.

Its a crapshoot, and I rolled snake eyes.
Case, CPU, and graphics card are great. the motherboard however is junk, a Asrock z590-c/ac. No BIOS updates since 2020-2021and hit or miss m.2 support. Also, only came with a 1TB ssd, which considering what i paid for it, is horrible. luckily i had numerous drives i can use with the USB 3.0 ports. all stated considering it was assembled in april of 2023 is unforgivable.

Pretty "basic", but still good
Aight. Case design is simple af, which can be good or bad depending on the person who purchases this product. Airflow itself is okay. It's not "the best", but it is definitely not the worst. Component wise, it is pretty solid... with that in mind, you can obviously upgrade it, but I only upgraded the cpu and coolers because I had them on hand. My biggest "complaint" is the motherboard strictly because it is a basic asrock, but with that in mind, it is decent for a pre-built "custom" pc. Pricing sadly is iffy, but that is due to multiple factors outside of the manufacturers control. Yes, you can build a cheaper pc yourself, but (at the time I bought this btw) are you going to go with convenience, or do you wish to build the pc yourself. For a pre-made "custom" build, it is solid or overkill depending on your needs. I needed more than what most people need in a pc, but that is my own bias. The only issues I have encountered with it is due to my own stupidity, so, in other words, newer people to pc gaming should not experience any (or little) issues with this product
