Quality isn't too bad. It took a while to get to me. Cute bag but I feel there was alot more room for improvement. The base piece for the bag isn't big enough for the bag to stay more sterdy

Lasts well and looks good and expensive.
My wife has carried this with her computer, a heavy waterbottle and a days worth of paperwork & etc. for 6 months. It still looks great and functions perfectly. For not being a named brand it sure looks good and functions well.
