This product was a waste of money. Does not charge at all. And when it was plugged in the fan worked for 30seconds and broke. Neither of the lights work. Biggest waste of money. Buying a broken/not working item is a huge disappointment. I was really excited to get this item initially but so very disappointed in the result. Will not buy from this company again. It's going in the garbage. Big Waste. Not Happy.

2022 Update... 4 yrs later!While it may look a bit flimsy, this thing still works nearly 4 years later - I have dropped it in the river more than once, just plain dropped it alot, finally lost the front knob, and yet, it lives! Will be moving this year, and the old beast is making the keeper cut - been using it while I work backyard building projects.Original review:While I usually favor multi-function items, in this case I think I would be better off with a dedicated solar fan. The fan function was the prime motivation for my purchase, and I'm not sure if it is the size/shape of the fan or the size of the solar panel, but it doesn't move as much air as I'd like. All the features work, and while it is still a good choice when I'm trying to minimize items for a camping weekend, it is no match for tropical heat or tropical bugs. Definitely better than no fan. The ability to pre-charge or re-charge by plug is a great feature, as I can get a boost from a power bank or auto when needed.

THIS CONTRAPTION IS ADORABLE ,ITS A BIT DELICATE,I ORDERED ONE FROM A DIFFERENT SELLER YEARS AGO AND EVEN THOUGH IT ARRIVED DAMAGED THE LIGHT/FLASHLIGHT STAYS ON A VERY LONG TIME AND ITS BRIGHT.THE FAN STOPPED WORKING,BUT WHEN IT WORKED IT STAYED ON LONG TIME IF THE SOLAR PANEL WAS IN DIRECT SUN LIGHT ,MINE CAME WITH A PERFECT US PLUG ,SO I CAN CHARGE WITH SOLAR PANEL OR PLUG IT IN .CHARGE LASTS A LONG TIME. THEY MAKE EXCELLENT GIFTS IN CASE THE POWER EVER GOES OUT ,YOUR LOVED ONES CAN RELY ON THIS GADGET ,I PREFER THAT THE SOLAR PANEL WAS DETACHABLE WITH A LONG CORD, SO THE ENTIRE DEVICE WOULD NOT BE SUBJECTED TO THE HARSH SUN IN ORDER TO CHARGE .ENJOY

The Ansee solar fan I purchased is a minor but important investment. It is equipped with a functional solar/power system, lamp flashlight, easy to carry and, most of all, it provides much needed air when there’s no power. I deem it a necessity because it is convenient to have it during hurricane season and power outages. It is light weight, sturdy and affordable.

The light is really bright, very light weight, the fan did not work initially, but I let it charge for a day and it started up. Over all I am happy. I had no issues with the second one I purchased
