Was very happy to receive it. A Lil upset that it was in the electric/acoustic session without the plug in. Other then that it sounds and feel great.

Got what we wanted but the strap doesn't fit. Other than that we're happy

It has been so much fun learning to play via YouTube videos. Like most ukuleles, this one had to be tuned a lot at the beginning and later "settled in" to tune. I don't have to tune it every time I play now. Great value for the price! Love my ukulele! Definitely recommend this brand.

Came with everything that appears in the photo. Well made ukulele that sounds nice. great for beginners. Instruction book written in poor english and print is very small. But there are plenty of You Tube videos availble for learning the intrument.

We got this for 7 year old girls who has been exposed to a small amount of ukelele playing at her school's music class. She leves it so much that we decided to get her one for home. She is so excited and has it in her hands most free minutes, trying to learn to play some chords. She has been successful at tuning it after only being shown how to tune it once. The 21 inch size is great for average 2nd graders, and I believe she will learn quite a bit and become very comfortable on this size before needing to move up to a bigger, finer ukulele. Very happy with the purchase!

I love the Ukulele it's a gorgeous instrument and has beautiful sound. My only complaint is that it came missing some items it claims to include. We only received the Ukulele, case, and tuner.

This was perfect for my 2 kids. Everything we needed was included as well as some starter songs in the included book.

I bought this set because it was supposed to be everything needed for a new Ukulele playerThe instrument is nice, the bag is nice. The tuner is good, I didn't open the stringsThe instrument has pegs for a strap, but the strap sent is the kind that latches in the sound hole, and not the kind that goes on the pegsThe Capo however is clearly a Guitar Capo- and was labeled as such- and there is a photo of it.
