I didn't recieve the ear syringe but the package says it's included. What are the two loose ear plugs for??

Hi TJ.  It sounds like you must have received a package that was somehow damaged or tampered with or you are referring to our Mack's ProRinse Earwax removal Aid Kit?  The item listed here comes with earwax drops and a blue bulb syringe.  Our Mack's ProRinse Kit comes with the earwax drops, bellow syringe, 2 earplugs for helping hold the fluid in the ears during treatment and a rinse basin. How long can you keep the product after opening the bottle?

Our Mack’s Wax Away ear drops include an expiration date that is stamped on the bottom of the bottle and the outer box that the bottle comes in. We don’t sell any ear drops with less than 1 year left to expiration. If you have received an item that has less than 1 year to expiration, please contact the seller for assistance with a refund or replacement.
