Great quality journal
This is a good quality journal, not flimsy or delectate so can defiantly take this to the gym. The layout is great and easy to read/understand.

Really impressed by this book. Plenty of space to write up your workouts, plus there are pages in the back to write up notes if needed.

Plenty of sheets for to write on I work out 6 days a week and this allows me to copy what I want to do in my session if I have a gripe it is there is no place for a warm up or cool down I can only record 12 exercises on one page but that's only me otherwise I really enjoy working with it

Not properly packaged
It turned up in just a see through sleeve which meant it had been damaged.

Black one was fine but Grey one was missing 'Calendar' and 'Results' pages

Not durable
A nice workout journal, but not durable enough to take to the gym. The ringed design separates and comes apart endlessly. I will look for a similar page layout in a batter , tougher, book.
