I got the green one so I can see camera bits at the bottom of the insert in low-light conditions. It's a nice insert - large enough to fit a mirrorless camera, another lens, a small flash, and a few extra batteries. I had thought of getting a larger one as my bag is 12" on the inside (the insert is 10") but in this configuration, there is about 2" on the side, large enough for a hard case to hold additional accessories. Works perfectly. The handle is handy so you can quickly move the insert from one backpack to another if you need to. Recommended.

I really like this case. It makes it to where I can carry my camera gear in any of my backpacks or suitcases without extra bulk. I always found dedicated camera cases to be inconvenient because they usually don't fit well into other carrying cases, so you wind up having to carry them separately, which just makes another piece of luggage to manage.It fits my Sony A6300, Sony f2 28mm, Sony f4 18-105mm, medium sized "blower", 4 batteries & charger, and small items like extra lens caps, cleaning cloths, and memory cards. It also probably has a little extra room to spare.My only gripe is that the size mentioned is incorrect, or at least not well defined. The dimensions provided in the description were not specified as internal or external. I'm thinking they are internal, because the case was larger than I expected. Again, that is a small complaint, because I'm really happy with how it's worked out.

Perfect for what I needed. A compact and padded camera case for my Canon T6i when I'm traveling. I was able to fit three camera lens (plus one thin lens on the camera itself), battery charger and a remote. Highly recommend this.This case was for my SWISSGEAR backpack, and I thought it fitted well enough horizontal. The little handle area is also a nice finale touch.

I have tried several camera inserts and this is by far one of the best. It meets or exceeds Ape Case products. The fabric is smooth on the outside, unlike some cases that use the same fuzzy inner fabric on the outside, which collects a lot of dust. The walls and dividers are filled with a good amount of foam, so that the case feels "inflated." Other cases I have used, you can slide the foam around and pinch off like a centimeter of empty space around the edges. The grab handle on top is sooo convenient. Since you normally don't carry such a case for long distances, a handle or strap that sticks out would be unnecessary and get in the way. This handle is flat against the lid. Another case I tried that is visually almost identical to this one is thinly padded, so when you lift it by the handle, the case sags and the handle becomes awkward. This case retains its shape when you hold it by the handle. The dividers are also higher quality than many other cases. The rough velcro on others gets pulled and bent and sticks out everywhere and is scratchy. This one is better. On top of all that, this case is incredibly light. Unnaturally so. That's a great plus when you're carrying heavy gear.I only wish it came in more dimension options. I'd love for it to be a bit taller and narrower so that the base would fit into the base of my backpack. Right now I have to put in on its side. I'm not taking any stars off of that, of course, because people have different size needs. I bought a different case that suits my dimension requirements much better (that's the flimsy one I kept mentioning above) but I will be returning that one because it can't compare to this one. I'd rather deal with putting is sideways in my backpack and enjoy the high quality and protection.

I am not in love with this bag insert. The handle for example feels not that well made (but in all fairness, how often is a handle even needed or used?) and the overall appearance gives the impression of low cost materials. At first glance the seams seem to be quite good. The size is as expected and the bag insert comes with 2 moveable padded dividers. I would love the option of having a 3rd.If I had picked this up for $9 I would be very content. At $12 I would feel good. I think we paid about $16 and that feels a smidge too much for what it is. However we'll keep the bag AND will likely buy a second one since we don't have a lot of time to shop around and the size of this bag fits PERFECTLY inside a carry on case that meets European size hand luggage restrictions. 2 of these bag inserts will fit snug inside my hand luggage and offer reasonable protection for my collection of external hard drives as we move countries.What I love: the colour! I love that it pops and if I ever have to put this bag insert into a TSA tray then I'll be able to easily see it travel down the conveyor belt.Overall, would I recommend you buying this?Despite my first impression not being 5 stars I DO think that this is a RECOMMENDABLE product. Not everything that can serve you well has to be 'wow amazingness.' The size is perfect for storing and travelling with external computer hard drives, which is what I got this for.

Can't say enough about this bag. My Canon 70d fits perfectly with a 24mm pancake lens in place. I can also fit my 55-200mm and 10-24mm (and tulip hood as well as my 50mm 1.8, and the battery charger! It's very padded and well made and you can zip from either end. Fits in my backpack with room to spare and it goes right under the plane seat when I travel! I'm already recommending in my photography groups. Thanks for a great product!

J'ai comme sac à dos de tous les jours un Fjallraven TOP (médium) et je dois transporter des lentilles ou des appareils avec ce sac. Je ne suis pas un fan des sac à dos de photographie donc je dois adapter ce que j'ai et ce sac de ranger est parfait. Les dimensions sont telles qu'indiquées et entre parfaitement dans mon sac à dos. La poignée du dessus est extrêmement pratique et la couleur orange fluo aide à rapidement voir le fond du sac. J'amène avec moi un boitier Canon R avec l'adaptateur EF, une 24-70 Mk2, ainsi qu'une batterie et je suis satisfait. Sinon, mon Mamiya RB67 entre parfaitement avec la lentille 127mm.

Just the right size to fit into the bottom of my back-pack. Enough room for my Canon 70D & EOS M6 side-by-side (lens up) with divider pads in between. I would've liked to have it deeper for when either cameras have longer lenses on with the lid shut.

Not bad for what it is, but it’s a bit bigger than I’d have hoped. But that also means I can add more things in it so...pro/con type meme you know?

Hard to review a bag... it works. it didn't fall apart. price is right. Nothing special, but nothing poor about it either.
