Review: Do not follow the directions, I wanted to make about 25 matzo ball's so I followed the directions it says 5 eggs, 5 tbsp of oil and 20 cups of water add 1 1/4 cups of matzo ball mix. Now I can tell you that those ratios are so wrong I had a runny soupy mess. I had to grind up two big sleeves of crackers so it would thicken up to even roll them without crumbling. I don't know what genius wrote these instructions but it must of been a joke. I had to use both containers of matzo ball mix. Next time I'll trust my eyes and knowledge of cooking.
