These pads are inexpensive but get the job done. I was able to restore two old briar pipes in about an hour with these pads, some pipe wax and good old-fashioned elbow grease. I believe be able to get a few more uses out of these pads. Great alternative to the name brand ones if you only need to use them a hand full of times.

Great deal on two sets. They are dual sided, so they are durable. My only complaint is that they are a bit stiff, so using them to sand curved objects is a bit difficult. Overall, though, these are great - I use them to sand my pen blanks and have been pleased with the results this far.

Nice size for model making or anything else were one might need sand small detail. I really like the wide variety of grits that come in this little kit. It’s a good value for the money. It seems to be a quality product.

These were bought for progressive sanding for inlay rings using CA glue. The pads are thin, not as flexible as I hoped, and the grit layer is thin as well, causing the grit to wear fairly rapidly down to the pad. Maybe these pads would be suitable and longer lasting while sanding soft woods, but unfortunately not for my application. Will not purchase again.

A good selection of grits and quality. I was asked to repair an acoustic guitar that had major damage. The sanding pads allowed me to get the glass smooth finish before the final buff out. They are stiff and work good on flat or convex surfaces ,not concave so much. Wet sand will make them last for many projects.

These pads are excellent if you are a pen turner very easy to use, simply clean them with clean water as needed. My only complaint is the grade sometimes difficult to make out after a few uses. Hence 4 stars rather than 5

I'm a custom painter and thought I'd try these out. The grit range intrigued me to buy and try them. I used a few other brands of multi stage sanding/polishing pads over the r last 10yrs. The important part of these pads is obviously the performance and how they cut the paint. Strictly from a performer stand point these are great for a one time limited use application such as wet sanding a helmet or a bike frame. These are a one time use item simply because the grit labeling wears off almost immediately which leave the user wondering what grit the pad is. I have no clue which pad is what grit anymore, therefore they are virtually useless for the intended purpose of a graduated wet sanding process.
