Poor workmanship
Cables are solid soldered but are not insulated through the metal plug.as. I kept them as I play professionally and had little choice but the cables are flimsy and will pull apart easily. Neither were sealed through the plug attachment. Will have to have our sound engineer seal the plug so that stress will not pull the wires out.

Works well!
I use this to connect my Akai EWI4000S to my Shure GLXD1 Digital Wireless Bodypack Transmitter. The cable connects securely, the length is just fine, and the sound is great. No problems at all!

Cheap and noisy...
I need a cable config from TA4 mini xlr to 1/4 in male plug to replace a cable that terminates to a female endpin jack. I have a Fishman sound hole pick up that I want to connect directly to a preamp (awesome pick-up) . This wasn't it. Poor construction and more important, too noisy.

the cable is thin the connections are sturdy
The cable is pretty thin...could have used a heavier wire...the connectors are good.

Works well for the money but the cable could be a lower gauge (bigger).
