Easy to use, not painful. Seems to work so far, I need to use it more regularly to find out.

As long as you follow the instructions, hair growth slows to a complete stop after only 5 weeks of use. It's not an immediate result, but it is worth it with time and patience! The only reason I can't use mine at the moment is because I'm pregnant, otherwise I'd still be using this once a week to keep up with problem areas.

I ordered this during a holiday deal but I was extremely skeptical, but I figured I got a great deal on it so I wouldn't really be out of a bunch of money. It's now about 2 months later and I could be more surprised by the results. I've used it on my legs, arm pits, and face about every 4-5 days and all of the areas I have treated have significant decrease in growth and thickness. I'm still really shocked by this since it costs crazy money to get professional Lazer hair removal done.For reference I have ideal skintone and hair color for this kind of treatment (light olive with dark brown hair). 100% worth it.

It is very easy to use, been using it for about 8 weeks now and I can see that the hair are growing lesser than it normally is. I am very happy with the product

I'm currently trying to get a refund or replacement via the seller, but don't have a resolution yet, so I'll try to update this review when that's completed. Update: 10/16/23: They did replace the unit after a few days of emailing back and forth. It has definitely decreased my hair growth. I'm upping my rating to 3 stars as the machine did break, but does work.Original review: It was working before it broke after 16 uses (you're recommended to use it 2x a week for the first 8 weeks, then once a week thereafter). I was using it and had only gotten about 12 flashes done and it started smelling hot, made a big POP sound and then turned off. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it sparked and remained dead. When I tried plugging it in again I got nothing. Before it broke it had definitely inhibited hair growth. It was growing in thinner and more slowly. I was rather impressed with it and looking forward to finishing their recommended 12 weeks of use.

Intuitive hair removal device. No damage to skin. I feel a slight momentary pinching sensation on the highest setting. Included eye protection is appreciated. Does not overheat.Good product.

It is useless in Australia as it does not have proper electrical connection. do not buy it. I just got ripped off.
