Update it will open with password only
I do like it now. I didn’t know how to get it to open with the password only but the seller wrote me and told me the master key hole needs to be horizontal in order to do that. Instructions are kinda meh, but honestly it seems pretty sturdy . I plan to mount it on the wall but it’s kinda heavy so I’m gonna build a shelf to the wall and then mount it to the wall and shelf. I think it’s a good product and I like that it has another place in the bottom with use of additional key.

Small and Inconspicuous
This safe is sturdy and gives me what I need. However, it is smaller than I expected. It's not like I'm keeping highly valuable stuff in it. I bought it for my important files, including ss cards, birth certificates and insurance information to keep it safe from fire and flooding. I haven't used the fingerprint reader yet.

Security is awesome.
Has plenty of space for what I need it for. Love the alarm feature. Love the battery pack if battery goes dead you still can hook up the pack to get power to use code. Takes 2 different keys to get in. The second key place unless you are familiar with this safe a thief won’t find it easy.

Battery is dead already
I have only had this for a couple of months and the battery on the door is aready dead! Cannot find the instruction book. Does not seem like it should have died already. I’d there a way to charge them or are they just batteries you can charge or do you have to replace them? I love the size of this safe as I can put it behind my table necttomy recliner and nody even knows it is there! If someone can please help with my battery question then I will bone back and change my rating.

Scratch on bottom of safe
My daughter just opened the safe I purchased her yesterday and noticed a scratch on the bottom. I haven’t been home for a few weeks so I haven’t seen it yet but something new you don’t expect it to have any defects
