When the current one broke I replaced it with this one and it is better than the original one. It goes up higher, maybe super easy to install.

Not bad to install. Definitely holds on solidly. And holds the boat up well. Would recommend if you need something like this for a lighter boat.

I am going to keep the jack but now I will have to pay someone to weld it onto the tongue of the trailer. The pictures on the Amazon site show a clamp affixing it to the trailer.
