We get a lot of compliments about how nice this clock looks over the fireplace. It arrived very well packaged, really, very well packaged. The face and the clock overall arrived in perfect condition. The mounting system is a mitered block of wood that you mount on the wall, then the clock has a mating block that engages the wall block. It works quite well and allows you to shift the clock left and right a bit, if you need to, for centering. A clock this size, and this well made, is pretty heavy so it requires a good mounting system like the one provided. It seemed like a lot to pay for an instrument that provides information I already have more accurately on my phone, but this thing really dresses up a room. I remember thinking I probably shouldn't have spent this much on a clock right up until I opened the box, then I went, "Ahh, now this is nice." Jim

This is a beautiful clock. We actually purchased another clock from this company (another style and size). We liked it so much, we bought this one when we needed another clock. It's very pretty and works well. When it arrived, it wasn't working, though. I wrote to the seller and they sent out two new mechanisms (with new clock hands also). It was easy to replace the faulty one and the clock began working right away.

We purchased the 15" Black & Wood Wall Clock. We immediately loved the clock as soon as we opened the box. My husband put up the wall clock and in the daylight hours you could read the time. We found at night you couldn't see the time with the black hands on the clock. We were so disappointed. I got in touch with the seller and asked if we could get replacement hands in gold hoping this would make a difference. The seller got back to us very quickly and they sent us (fee of charge) gold replacement hands. What a difference. Now, when it's dark you can see the hands plus the gold hands made this clock even more beautiful. We are glad we didn't return the clock because it is silent and as I said, perfect for our living room. We also like that it does not have glass over the front because we are sure it would take away from the beauty of the clock. Perfect buy.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews. I’d rather appreciate the efforts of so many pro produce wonderful products. I was excited to receive this clock. I shopped for a long time. When it arrived, I opened it up and put a battery in it right away. It didn’t work. I tried moving the battery around. It didn’t work. Also, the quality of the clock for the cost doesn’t add up. It should be priced less than $25. So I asked to return it and guess what? I had to pay the shipping even though the product was inoperable. Buyer beware.

I absolutely LOVE this clock!!! I wanted a statement piece and I got it. My clock is 36 inches and fits exactly how I had hoped it would! It's easy to read from anywhere in our living/kitchen and dining area. There is virtually no noise and the accuracy is perfect...I keeps time right in! This clock is large enough that it came with a French cleat hanger. The cleat that hangs on the wall wasn't in the box. I emailed them in the evening I was going to hang and I had a response first thing the next morning and the missing piece within a couple of days...at Christmas time!!! I couldn't be any happier with this clock!

Horrific, toxic smell that even in enclosed in the shipping box, you can smell. You cannot get rid of the smell. You will be out the return postage fee to send it back. Bad, bad purchase and outside of the customary postage paid by Amazon to return items. I wish this information was prominently displayed by Amazon in the product description as I would NOT have purchased in the first place.

I thought that I had already posted a review,but haven't seen it posted. So,I will post another one. This is a beautiful clock and looks perfect in our newly done cherry cabinet kitchen.Mine is 10 inches. So far, it works perfectly. I appreciate the lifetime warranty on the mechanism.

We received our clock and the box was a bit smashed on one side. We went ahead and put up the clock and got it running. After a few hours, it appeared the clock hands were caught on each other and it wasn't keeping time. We took it down and bent the hands a little to straighten them out. Then it seemed it still wasn't keeping time. I contacted the company and they immediately mailed me a replacement mechanism and hands. We installed the new hands and mechanism (they include a YouTube video on how to do it) and now the clock is running great! I'm impressed with the customer service and I love the look of my big clock in my living room.
