Great!…but huge, if you want to use it for vinyl flooring go with the smaller version made for vinyl.

This is one of the best pieces of equipment I have. Cuts vinyl siding, lp, and Hardie. Up to 4/12 pitch. No dust! Awesome! I put it on a utility carry and it's easily transported.

The plastic fence is horrible. It doesn't even tighten down. I made my own out of wood. After doing one house its getting tough to cut. I was hoping the blade would last longer. Time to sharpen already. Its better then dealing with dust though.

Bought this product to cut hardie plank siding specifically to make my life easier. When the product arrived the box was in terrible shape. Once attempting to assemble the product the directions for assembly were some of the worst I've seen. The product itself was dirty and had nasty oily fingerpints all over the shear, not something I would expect from a manufacturer. The assembly could have been complicated by the fact my shear was assembled backwards on the unit making things very confusing. The rails that were sent were to short and did not allow the tail piece to be screwed into the top working platform. The hardware kit was incomplete and I had no bolts for the cutting guide to attach to the unit not like it mattered at this point because I couldn't fully assemble or use the tool anyways.. Extremely disappointed after spending $750 on a product only to waste my time trying to figure out manufacturer mistakes. Have reached out to Marshalltown with no response as of yet. Can't speak to how it works because I can't use it.

This Machine did well for 5/12 Pitch Gabled Cuts, on 8.25" Piece of siding. Saved Time, didn't create a whole lot of dust. This Machine is Huge weight is 40lbs plus.
