I was advised to purchase whole food vitamins. These are more affordable than others but they are my first whole food vitamin. I like the price. I was concerned it’s the quality because they smell and are difficult to swallow (due to the odor). I’m gonna try some other vitamins but I might be back to these. I’ve been told whole food vitamins without coating have a smell. I need to use additional supplements because this blend doesn’t have all the nutrients I’m looking for.

I’ve been taking this vitamin for about a year now. Honestly, the capsules are big but the output has been great so far.

I bought these to take traveling so they were in a sealed daily storage container and the residual moisture from the Fish oil was enough to start the multi dissolving, so by the end of my two week trip the taste was so bad I almost couldn't swallow these, and I normally can swallow all 7 of my daily's at once.So overall a good product I just wish they made a gel cap version.

This product may be a great addition to your diet, but I only had one bottle. Therefore, I must say the effects I felt could be a placebo. I didn't get sick while taking this product nor did I develop any superpowers. However, over the course of 90 days my workouts have been increasing in intensity and weight and I hardly noticed fatigue or soreness. Not to say it was the result of the supplementation, but the result of other vitamins has simply only produced bright orange results if you know what I mean. The product is worth another purchase at the current price.

Ignore bad reviews about smell/taste. Buy these, you wont regret it. The mild herbal smell is from the natural whole plant extracts. I noticed an energy boost the first day. Surprised me. Thy have ingredients like garlic and spinach, so ofcourse thy will smell.
