It hold up really well, strong and very heavy duty

We bought a yoga swing to hang indoors, and then we bought a wooden swing for the children. Now I can't use my yoga swing anymore, because the children play the swing every day, and the effect is very good. It feels strong. It also looks more beautiful than many other swing hooks

It's not a bad adapter for using resistance bands on a door. Unfortunately, the way my house is laid out most of my doors are located in the corner of the room. I guess it was a 70s thing and not in a good way. I tried it on my front door; unfortunately, that didn't work out very well either. Right now, it is on my bathroom door and I'm doing some of the exercises in the hallway. Not the best solution. I ended up buying one of those strap things that wraps around the door to give me some different angles in addition to this. I'm currently converting my spare bedroom into an exercise room, and I hope that this bracket with the straps will give me the range of motion I am seeking.

Design is heavy duty and feels like it would hold up well, only issue I had was the knob to tighten against the door was so high up it hit the top of my door frame. Making it unable to close my door with it on, the bottom of the door posed no issue but the sides and top were unusable in the current state. My door isn't anything unique so not sure why it's an issue, but make the back knob part about an inch lower and all would work great.

I didn't even know something like this existed but I am so glad. I have stretch bands and trying to close them in doors always makes me nervous as I've had them snap and hit me in the face when I'm doing pulling exercises. This is a total game changer. Fit well on my door, tightened easily and doesn't unseat itself easily, scratch my door, or move when I'm using it for stretching and for exercise. It's lightweight yet feels very sturdy and stays out of the way AND doesn't effect my door closing abilities. You can wrap thin bands or thick bands and they don't go flying off into your face. It's like having gym equipment at home and gives me so many more options for a faux gym. I've used it many times and my door is still intact and my face has not been snapped by an errant band. Great product for anyone who wants to do pull exercises at home but doesn't want to have a huge machine. Makes your door part of your gym experience and it's stupid simple to install and use all the time.

The metal is too thick to fit into my doors, even in our older home with looser doors. I am returning it.

I like to work out at home when I don' t have time to get to the gym and this is great. It's very sturdy and allows me to use the door to anchor my bands when I exercise so I can mimic the benefits I get from using the machines at the gym. It's very sturdy. Isn't going anywhere and has a hook for my resistance bands, making them so much more useful.

Die Idee ist sehr gut aber nicht für handelsübliche Türen geeignet. Türe geht nicht zu. siehe Foto

Wenn die hintere Lasche mit dem Gewinde etwas länger wäre und die Bohrung ca. 2cm tiefer, würde es auch mit dem Verschließen der Tür klappen.Keine Ahnung, für welche Türen das Teil entworfen wurde.Habe den Kunststoff an der Schraube komplett entfernt, aber es stört noch immer rund 1cm ...
