Foldable Bluetooth Headset, NEXGADGET V4.1 Wireless Neckband Bluetooth Headphones, Noise Canceling In-ear Retractable Earbuds for iPhone, Android Cellphones

This headset is different from my others and took some getting used to. I like the fact that it folds but don't like the fact that it's bulkier. It's not heavy on my neck though. I like the retractable earbuds but don't like the fact that they make noise when pulling them out or retracting them. The button to answer calls/pause media is in an awkward place. When I first got the headset, I had to take it off a couple of times to look for the button. The sound is great and after I got used to it, I really like it.

I am happy with this purchase. The headphone are comfortable, and have a long battery life and range!A couple things I dislike. The headphones are 'chatty'. It reads off incoming calls. I do not want or need the vibration and announcements of the incoming calls. I get a lot of robo solicitor calls, which I don't answer. To solve this I take the headphones off or turn them off. Also, my phone will be sitting right beside me at my desk and the headphone will say "device disconnected, device connected, device disconnected" repeatedly. I don't know why. It doesn't do that while music is playing, only when it is paused. Sometimes when my phone is in my back pocket, the audio will cut in and out, but I can go to the kitchen from the living room while my phone is in the other room just fine.Overall I am happy with this purchase. I haven't taken them to the gym yet, but I think they will do fine. Even though this pair doesn't say sweat resistant.

I cant say that i dont like these headphones. they are not expensive and they do the job. I think the only issue i have with them is that they are not the brand and model that im used to. Until recently I have been using a pair of LG headphones and i loved them. they were light weight and "sleek" and i had all the buttons memorized and i was on like my 5th pair. They broke on me the other day an i didnt have $60 to replace them so i got these. the price point on these is great! they work really well and have great sound. the only thing i dont love about them is that they feel a little "clunky" and cheap. They are not poorly made, they just feel like it. and, the following is completely superficial, but the voice that plays when you turn it on and that they use to communicate to the wearer is weird. It's got a strange sounding accent to it that im not used to in electronics like this. It almost sounds like a Russian woman speaking seductively... I know that has nothing to do with the function or quality of these headphones, it's just weird! lol. but if you are looking for a solid pair of headphones for under $50 then i would definitely recommend these. and if you do, enjoy the Russian seductress.....

I'm updating my review to 5 stars due to the great customer service for this product. After posting my review the customer service dept for Nexgadget emailed me about my Bluetooth device not working. They ended up sending me a replacement which just arrived today. It's great to see a company stand behind products that they sell. Thank you.I bought this after the cable on my LG pair got damaged. The quality can not compare to the LG Tone had too many people complaining they could not hear me. The sound would cut in and out too. Updated 6/17/17 - After I posted my initial review I was contacted by the company customer service about about my concerns on their product. They were very cordial, professional and addressed my disapproval. I am very pleased with the outcome and resolution. So I am changing my star to a "4".Very bulky and heavy. Also, alot of noise when retracting the ear buds. While on a call the other party can hear the noise on my end . It is suppose to have noise cancellation.

I purchased this item on 3/15 and the one month return policy ended on 4/15. On 4/20 one ear stopped working. Price/value were great if it lasted longer than a month.[edit] Was contacted by NEXGADGET, and was sent a new headset. Arrived on 5/2/17Pros - sounded better for my friends (I'm told) than my old LG Tone Infinium (HBS900). Came with multiple earbud sizes. Love the ability to fold and put in pocket. [edit] fast customer service and great support.Cons - I kind of have a large neck (17 1/2 shirt size) and it stays fine while active, but seems tight. Noise cancelling better than LG, but still far below expectations (the bar is set with Jawbone).Overall, I really like it but would pay the extra $6 for 3yr service.

Just got these today with one day shipping and all I can say is awesome! Very comfortable and the phone and music sound quality is superb. Better than the name brand units that I have. Buy these you won't be disappointed.UPDATE--- July 11th 😀😀😀😀It is mid-July and this unit has been nothing but superb ever since I purchased it back in March. Love the noise reduction and I use these at the gun range to protect my hearing. Better than any Plantronics, Bose or Jabra Bluetooth that I've owned---hands down. Just found out how great customer service is. I called after noticing that the little plug that keeps the moisture from entering the mini USB charging port was missing. The company responded very quickly and today I was so happy to see a brand new unit sitting in my mailbox. These people are top notch thank you so much!

Good sound quality and a well made unit. The biggest drawbacks are that it is bulky, the ratchets on the earbuds are too easy to retract when you cheek bumps the little button and the biggest drawback of all is that it will not engage SIRIUpdate...their customer services sent a message with instructions on how to make the device engage the voice dial feature. I think that is a first for me to have a vendor contact to service their products.
