A good design and it works well. Our previous dispenser died because it had batteries in the bottom and the compartment was not watertight. In a few months on the sink it rusted and that was the end of it. **. No such design problems with this rechargeable dispenser. The charging port is up high. The charge lasts a long time. It is very easy to refill with soap. There is no external indicator of the amount of soap left but the lid is a push fit and it is simple to lift it off and look inside. I like the ability to programme the amount of soap dispensed because I bought two. One is for hand soap and the other for washing up liquid. I have different outputs on each. ** I discovered this model with the battery compartment design defect is sold by many different companies with their own name on it. Obviously there is a factory that is supplying a lot of brand names. I checked a lot of dispenser comparison reviews and when reviewed it was always among the top rated. Only one of the reviews said there might be a problem with the battery compartment but still gave it a top rating!

It is now 11 months we have have had this in our bathroom, with 4 of us using daily, and it has maybe had to be recharged 3 or 4 times, if that - it dispensers standard liquid soap without any dilution required, and in general it has just been a very small quality of life improvement every day since we have had it. You do have to be a little careful when topping up the soap not to pour too fast, but most manual pump bottles that we have had that haven't been entirely see through have had the same issue, and I refuse to deduct a star for that - just don't squeeze the bag (assuming that's what you are refilling from) and it should be fairly obvious when it is full - being black it does tend to show up splashes from toothbrushing etc, but wipes clean with a damp cloth and looks good as new. I paid £32 a year ago and at present I see that it is selling for even less, at £28 - I hesitated back then, but now I have no hesitation in saying that if you can afford to think about spending that much money on an automatic soap dispenser, this is a great one, and it should last long enough to more than justify the outlay.

Ok so it only has a one year warranty, but one would expect it to last more than a year and a half. Interestingly I had bought one from Lidl and exactly the same fault occured with that one as has occured with this one-the peristaltic pump within it has stopped. I could deal with the leaks others have mentioned, also the false squirts, but now if I put my hand underneath the light comes on but the pump doesn't start to dispense soap. Very poor value for money considering the low durability. I'm a fan of touchless soap dispensers and have a Simple Human unit that keeps on going. Ease of use is good, when it works and its size dispenses a good amount, even the first setting is eneough. Touchless technology failed here I'm afraid!

I have bought four of these. 3 of them have been bought about a year ago and in spite of constant use, I never have had to charge them as yet! They have 5 settings for dispensing different amounts of liquid soap and I use the lowest volume as that’s enough. Very reliable and have never skipped a beat. They look amazingly chic and are unobtrusive. A must for any modern bathroom and stand alone too (no need messing with wall mounting etc). Very highly recommended and excellent communication from the vendor. Easily the best option on the market so far for an economical yet stylish soap dispenser.

Aike have an outstanding customer service practice and team. Unfortunately there was a glitch with my dispenser. It’s a fantastic product. I emailed with the details in the hope they could guide me to correct it. Fast friendly helpful replies unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue . Aike went one step further and sent a new dispenser received today 3 July 2026 Excellent customer service . Highly recommend the product and Aike customer service .

It looks good and work well so far, but I'm really surprised by the fact the lid does not close properly. It is very loose. I was expecting a better quality for the price of the product.

Debido a un problema en mis manos, este dispensador automático me resulta indispensable para no hacer esfuerzos. Robusto, bonito, recargable, varios niveles de dosificación, y funciona muy bien. Un tamaño idóneo. Por poner una pega, en el nivel uno de dosificación, yo pondría incluso menos cantidad; y pondría un número más de niveles. Muy recomendable.

Il est incroyable, très classe, hyper pratique, intensités réglables. Il se recharge par un câble et je l'ai acheté il y a 3 mois je n'ai pas encore eu besoin de le rechargé, pourtant nous nous lavons les mains une 20aine de fois chaque jours. Nous en sommes tellement satisfaits que je viens d'en commander un deuxième pour la salle de bain. Le seul soucis est que c'est difficile à voir le niveau du savon dedans. Sinon je recommande à 100%.

This thing works great! My Dettol dispenser broke down, I replaced it with this one and was pleasantly surprised. It handles all kinds of soap while the Dettol one only could handle watered down soaps. Battery lasts forever too!
