BEST silver white platinum!
Oh my goodness people!!! After reading the negative reviews all I see read is that the product was used incorrectly. I have used Ugly Duckling 10V/10.2 several times now and it's the BEST product on the market for silvery white platinum hair that you just can't achieve with any other product. However, you MUST pre-lighten your hair to a light yellow tone with cream bleach before using this product! That being said, the one drawback to this product is that your hair will be a lovely lavender for about 2 weeks after application. But dealing with the soft lavender is WORTH IT for the final fantastic result.

Veryyy strong.... dont leave on for more than 15 min and make sure to put it on FAST.... if not ull end up overtoning... if this happen use a lil baking soda in shampooo and wash hair with it... itll make some NOT all come off.

Toner did the trick
Bleached my hair 3 weeks ago. Went from a dyed dark brown over old highlights. My hair turned orange yellow ofcouse. I used a toner that wasn't the right level to cover it. Ended up having orange/yellow hair for three weeks while I waited for my hair to recover enough to hit it with the bleach for a second time. Bleached it a second time and managed to get some more orange out. The ends were still very brassy. Decided beforehand I wasn't going to bleach my hair for a third time so I gave this new toner a go. I used Intense Pearl Blonde Toner 100.21. I suspected since my hair was still a 9/10 it wouldn't get all the orange out. (The images tagged "Before" are after the second bleaching) I was wrong. It did the trick. No more orange/yellow hair. I left it on for thirty minutes with 20 vol. The cream toner didn't turn purple. It actually turned sorta gray which was worrisome. However, once I rinsed it off my hair everything was all good. White blonde hair. It wasn't as pure a white as their website videos but that's to be expected since this was a level 10 toner. Please forgive the stringy/greaseyness of my hair. These images were taken pretty much directly after toning it. My hair was still damp and absolutely covered in Olaplex #6 to repair damage. Anyways, point being. Great results for my fine thickness hair. I put in multiple images so you could see the whole process. I will say I did use a dye remover twice before the first bleaching so I started at a medium brown.

Im hooked on Ugly Duckling
I get two uses (when dying my roots) out of one tube. It is incredibly creamy and I love this product and the colour. Make sure to follow directions and use 10% developer. This pic is right after i did a colour correction from trying to do dark purple hot roots. I bleached hair normal (powder and 40 dev) and then used the Ugly Duckling for a toner on my damp hair after rinsing out the bleach. Was so happy it came out so nice.

Look no further!
I have been wanting the silver blonde hair for quite some time but no one could ever get me the right shade. My friend told me about ugly duckling silver blonde toner and I figured I’d give it a try. Before you buy this you have to be a pale blonde like 9/10 to get the white/silver blonde look. I tried this with my beautician and we used a vol 20 developer with the toner and it took all the brass I had out of my hair and gave me the white/silver blonde look I’ve been wanting. My hair wasn’t damaged and felt pretty good afterwards. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to achieve the white/blonde look and you could also use it as a hilift blonde with a 30 developer.

Not so intense
For being called intense silver blonde, it should be at least a little silver right? Well this didn’t work out. I’ve used just plain ash blonde wella toner before and that made my hair that pretty silver. I’m just glad it’s not bad. It’s still blonde and cancelled out yellow tones slightly but not at all what I expected it to do. I had high hopes because of the reviews. I have bleached level 9 blonde hair with yellow tones, I mixed 1 part color to 2 parts volume 20 (ugly duckling developer) and left it in for 30 minutes. Washed it out with water and conditioner it with Olaplex conditioner. Parts of my hair were feeling straw like, so it definitely is damaging but luckily I had some Olaplex number 3 on hand to fix it. Only giving 3 stars because of not being intense silver at all, but just glad it did a little something I guess. I don’t know, wouldn’t recommend. I’ll probably stick to my wella toner.
