Q: Is there a template to go with these name tags for sublimation?

No, I made my own.when I created the design,I put lines across all the sides then layed the print up, taped the name tag across the edges, then flipped it over to press Don't press too hard or you will end up with tape lines. They came out great! I ordered more. Just don't forget to peel off the plastic before you tape it to the print on the paper.
