These tablets are awesome! My dentist recommended them. They're easy to use and safe for your kid's to use as well. After you brush your teeth, chew on 1 tablet, swish it around and spit it out. Dyes more than just your teeth. Your tongue will be purple for a while too. Also stains your sink and clothing if not careful. Doesn't taste terrible but but does leave a medical aftertaste
